Hi!
Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I've graduated from Culinary School where I had a fantastic time. I'm now working at a vineyard on their culinary staff and having fun with that. I'm taking a bunch of wine classes this fall. One on French Wines in general and one specifically on Bordeaux Wine. I'll also be studying to take the WSET Advanced (level 3) exam, again.
It is a beautiful day in NC today and I'm off to hit one of my favorite stores... William Somona! I'm sure that I'll find some sort of fun kitchen gadget there and I need to swing by my favorite wine store to see if they've got any fun new wines to try.
